Note this also does NOT work for an ear, you cannot get the root of the ear in the
classpath, some users put config files in the root of the ear and try to load them.

It's not possible to include root of a war in the classpath (using resource-root in
jboss-deployment-structure.xml). None of "/", ".", "" values
used as resource-root works to solve this.
