The installer now places the jboss-ejb3-endpoint.jar in :
1) AS/common/lib
2) AS/client : since the client can have access to *Container.class which have a
dependency on endpoint
3) jbossall-client.jar's MANIFEST.MF : since the endpoint jar should be available by
including just the jbossall-client.jar in the classpath.

The ejb3-core containers are now endpoints too (dependency on ejb3-endpoint). The plugin
installer should include this jar during patching the AS.
On a related note, we need to see how the AS build should bring in this new dependency.
