jboss-acl-config_1_0.xsd has been created in jbosssx/src/resources/schema. A usage sample
can be found in jbosssx/src/tests/resources/config/jboss-acl.xml and the
JBossACLSchemaBindingUnitTestCase uses the parser to extract the configured ACLs.
