Jason Greene reopened JBAS-7952:
--------------------------------
Due to feedback from the community, I have split the AS7 and AS6 projects and reopened all
unscheduled AS6 issues that are a year or less old. This will make it easier community
members to find and work on them.
Future releases beyond 6.1 can be done provided a community member steps up to coordinate
them.
{home}/client/jboss-javaee.jar missing parts of the Java EE spec
----------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBAS-7952
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-7952
Project: Legacy JBoss Application Server 6
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Other
Affects Versions: JBossAS-5.1.0.GA, 6.0.0.M2
Reporter: Rob Stryker
Assignee: Shelly McGowan
Fix For: No Release
Duplicated from JBIDE-6198:
The name of the jar in {server_home}/client/jboss-javaee.jar suggests it's the full
Java EE API, however upon inspection it appears to be a subset:
javax.annotation
javax.ejb
javax.enterprise.deploy
javax.jms
javax.persistence
javax.resource
javax.security.jacc
javax.servlet
javax.transaction
javax.xml
Among others, javax.faces and javax.mail are missing. Is there any chance this jar can be
spec-complete?
