The three levels of attachments, getPredeterminedManagedObjects(),
getTransientManagedObjects(), and getTransientAttachments() are not being used properly.
In particular managed objects that are part of the persistent view of the deployment are
being mixed with non-persistent, non-managed attachments. This is due to an api on the
DeploymentUnit that facilitates the separation.
