The one that is added by ELExtension will have it's qualifiers replaced with synthetic
ones by the default bean extension, so it will not conflict.
When debugging I observed two WeldClassImpl's for VariableMapper, one with
discovered=true and one with discovered=false.

When using the latest jboss as snapshot from hudson weld-extensions tests fail.
It appears this is because the weld-extensions jar is being scanned and the annotated
types added even though there is no beans.xml in the archive.
