A blocking mode CallbackPoller thread has been added to
org.jboss.test.remoting.shutdown.AbstractClient, which is used in the unit tests that
verify that there are no Remoting threads that prevent a JVM from shutting down.

Per forum thread, would be nice to have a more "real-time" way to get callbacks
