Add a verifier layer to the deployer chain, such that each class in the resource adapter
archive is checked against the requirements in the JCA specification.
Examples includes checks for
ManagedConnectionFactory::hashCode()
ManagedConnectionFactory::equals()
The report for the verifier should be outputted as TXT and XML for human / tool
processing.
