These apply to the endpoint except for WORKER_ACCEPT_THREADS which is per-connector
(server). Also there's a bunch of standard TCP things which apply to the server as
well.

I have been reviewing all the XML schemas as part of my performance tuning work. In
looking at the Remoting schema, there doesn't appear to be any thread pool settings.
