If the domain model does not allow it, then the domain model should be changed. You should
be able to modify these settings from the CLI.

Neither the CLI nor the Console provide a way for the <configuration> attributes or
<jsp-configuration> attributes in the Web Subsystem to be defined or modified. (You
can only define these by editing the XML directly).
