Done except for the type safe Iterable implementation for multi-dimensional arrays.

When looking at obtaining MetaType/MetaValues for primative arrays I see problems with
the primitive array type name ("[char" vs "[C") and attempts to cast
to Object[] in DefaultMetaValueFactory. The referenced forum discusses the issues.
