Steps to Reproduce:
* Go to business-central
* Import Traffic_Validation sample
* Zoom your browser so that the decision table will not be fully displayed in the later
step. (e.g. 125%)
* Open Traffic_Validation dmn
* Open "Fine" decision table
* The rightmost column's header is empty
* Click the header

When I import Traffic_Violation sample, opened a "Fine" decision table. The
rightmost column's header is empty ("Enter Text") and I get an error pop-up
when clicked. (At the first time, it raises an error popup. After that, the header is
unresponsive)
