A patch in attachment seems to fix the problem. It was introduced recently by adding a
PortalAuthorizationManagerFactory property.

When adding a "widget/google" type portlet to dashboard in the "configure
dashboard" screen and switching back to dasboard, NullPointer exception is thrown. It
is displayed in the browser window instead of dashboard.
