Reopened in DR10. Only resource description was
updated. But still missing sentence "Any mechanisms loaded by factories not located
using a Provider will not be filtered by this definition." from XSD. No attribute
description was updated.
Copy XSD description to model description for:
resource mechanism-provider-filtering-sasl-server-factory
attribute filters/mechanism-name
attribute filters/provider-name
attribute filters/version-comparision
attribute filters/provider-version

Descriptions of resource and attributes of
{{mechanism-provider-filtering-sasl-server-factory}} are mostly different in XSD and DMR.
I suggest to use XSD documentation, which seems to me better. More understandable, better
style.
Also note there is typo in {{provider-version}} XSD description agasint -> against .
