IBM JDK exclude profile in testsuite/integration/secman/pom.xml is not needed, because
WildFly doesn't support JDK 1.6.
The IBM JDK 1.7 and newer have correct (i.e. the Sun's one) policy.provider
configured in java.security file by default.
