The MappedReferenceMetaDataResolverDeployer currently uses the deprecated
determine*JNDIName APIs on the metadata. Starting 2.0.0-alpha-5 of jboss-metadata-ejb,
this is no longer supported. Instead use the new JNDI name resolvers, introduced in
jboss-metadata-ejb 2.0.0-alpha-5
