I pulled the latest Branch_2_0 and the time for BaseClassLoader dropped.
I'll rerun current trunk with the classloader snapshot and post new numbers.

Boot time has gone up by 60% causing testsuite timeouts.
On my laptop the boot time for default & all have gone up from 30 & 50 secs to 50
& 80 secs respectively.
We need to find out why.
