Anil, can you check if this is already fixed, via UnmarshallerFactoryDeployer::start.
If not, can you give more instructions or do it yourself?

If XInclude markup is found in the document instance, should it be processed as
specified in XML Inclusions (XInclude) Version 1.0. (http://www.w3.org/TR/xinclude/)
