Scheduling for AS 7, as this is a core requirement. Right now M1 is the only milestone
shown in JIRA. I'm not guaranteeing this will be in M1, but it needs to be in a pretty
early milestone.

Although available via the profileservice apis, use of the profileservice does introduce
server specific classes that tooling wants to avoid. The remaining functionality to be
provided via a JMX and or REST type of api include:

Deploy/hotdeploy apps/modules/resources
