Dimitris, I think this is not applicable anymore because this solution was being
considered when we had issues with stubs in the web tier, but those were solved without
the need to break up the iiop codebase.

As in the forum discussion linked from the parent issue, it would be useful to separate
the dynamic stub generation code from jboss-iiop.jar into a jboss-dyn-stub.jar so it can
be copied in server/default/lib instead.
This new jar must not have any dependencies to jacorb.
