The PR https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/pull/4014 which this was created for has
removed this workaround after MODULES-155 became available.

The jaxp services are currently added to the org.jboss.as.server module which currently
works fine. Once MODULES-155 is done for a standalone instance they will need adding to
org.jboss.as.standalone as well
