I disagree. If there is no forms.xml, there should be an automagically generated form at
least like in 3.1. It could become more advanced if the variable type is included in the
PD somewhere (guys, vote for this other issue ;-) )
Even if there is a forms.xml and no specific form for a certain task, the automagically
generated form should be displayed. It could just be an existing xhtml file in the war.

a check should be added to the start new process execution list on the home page that
verifies if the process has a forms.xml. if not, the start process link should not be
displayed.
