ProtocolData and ProtocolParam can be replaced with identical classes in the ha-server-core package. Removing ProtocolStackConfigurator will require changing the JChannel constructor we use; we'll need to create an old-style protocol string from the configuration model and pass it to JChannelFactory(String).
