Stuart Douglas resolved AS7-1017.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Rejected
I am not going to change this. IMHO The current warn and ignore behaviour is much more
friendly than an outright deployment failure. Changing this could lead to situations where
devleopers have to break open third party archives to fix extensions list entries which is
a massive PITA.
Deployment does not fail on missing Extension-List entry

bq. The deployment tool is required to check such dependency information and reject the
deployment of any component for which the dependency can not be met.
It'll lead to trouble further down the line anyway where classes can not be found.
