Hmm, I would rather not keep such general targets in jira... we would end up with such
like "Make it all work" and "Let's be all happy and joyful" :)
If you identify some particular place which appears to consume inadequate amount of
memory, please file a separate jira.

Try to investigate testsuite for possible "memory leaks" / unnecessary memory
consumption.
For inspiration take a look at JBWS-3455 commits, maybe some of Alessio's changes can
be applied to AS TS too.
