I can confirm that after removing those 2 test cases (by simply removing the class files
in output/classes) the second instance of AS starts up normally and hence the whole
tests-profileservice target runs normally (although there are some failures).
I didn't find out how to exclude the tests in build.xml - there already is a
profileservice.excludes and it is excluding these test cases, but they get executed
anyway. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work.

The AS fails to start for the second time during the tests-profileservice target of the
testsuite. This is caused by the first instance not being properly shutdown by the
following ant command: <server:stop name="profileservice"/>
