It arise because the event listener is not copied when copying the page to dashboard.
We should probably also copy the listener that are on the portal objects too probably.

- login as any user
- go to 'Test' - 'Event test' page
- assert that IPC example is working (it should)
- in top right corner click "Add to dashboard"
- while using this page in personal dashboard it doesn't work anymore
