[~yamer] [~jomarko] When there's an opportunity, I think the Add interaction could be
cleaned up a bit. I didn't work on it, so there are probably constraints/requirements
that I'm not aware of. At minimum it would be great to move that Add link, I question
why it's hanging out at the bottom of the screen like that?

If user starts to create list using UI editor, then he decides to switch to textual
editor - define list as expression, the buttons are disabled if user didn't canceled
items 'in progress' in the UI editor. See the attached video.
