ConcurrentCloseStressTest fails with a NPE in
ServerConnectionEndpoint::processTransaction because it cannot find a closed session.
This is due to a bug in ClientTransaction::getDeliveriesForSession which would end up
creating a new entry for the session id passed in the parameters every time.
