JGRP-129 is as yet unimplemented and is current scheduled for an unspecified
"2.x" release. So, I'm unscheduling this item as well.

With the completion of JGRP-129, a unique node name can be obtained from the JGroups
layer, so we should remove the creation of the name by cluster partition.
