In SocketServerInvoker.run() and MultiplexServerInvoker.run(), put interrupt of
ServerSocketRefresh thread in a finally clause.
In SocketServerInvoker.run() and MultiplexServerInvoker().run,
guarantee ServerSocketRefresh thread terminates.
