For max_credits=1000, min_theshold=0.1 used to mean that a receiver would send new credits as soon as he had received 100 bytes. The new semantics have a receiver send new credits when a sender's credits fall below 100 ! If you want the existing semantics using 2.10.1, you'd need to change min_threshold from 0.1 to 0.9 !
