Wagon-svn has the same problem as webdav of doing a separate commit for each file
deployed. One advantage is that it does not have the same problem with checksum
generation that happens with Maven 2.2.1 and webdav (JBBUILD-555).
Look into using svn wagon instead of the webdav url for uploading to
the maven repository.

Uploading via the webdav url causes a separate commit to be done for each file. A better
solution might be to use the wagon-scm to upload to svn.
