Prototype VDF in a slim MC Server Environment --------------------------------------------- Key: RELOADED-10 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RELOADED-10 Project: JBoss Reloaded Issue Type: Task Reporter: Andrew Lee Rubinger Assignee: Andrew Lee Rubinger The goal here is to start VDF and MainDeployer in as trim a fashion as possible, using the jboss-bootstrap-api-mc (and impl) components. Pull only what's required into the bootstrap definition, and: * Ensure the MainDeployer can be obtained as an installed context * Install a new deployer into the chain * Verify that deployments pass through the newly-installed deployer This may form the basis upon which we may build standalone runtimes. Additionally it'll give us good metrics for where time is spent in getting the container up and running.
