jnp.multi-threaded and jnp.restoreLoginIdentity options have been added. The more general
approach needs to be looked at for jboss5.
Add a multi-thread option to JndiLoginInitialContextFactory.

The JndiLoginInitialContextFactory just uses the SecurityAssociation in whatever
threading mode its configured for and has no multi-threaded option like the
ClientLoginModule does. One should be added.
