I've now implemented this for M4 under JBAS-8100. Please see that jira for all the
conditions under which JSF will be auto-enabled.

In M3 there was an implicit Faces servlet + /faces mapping done with an empty web.xml +
faces-config.xml. In SNAPSHOT you have to define them yourself. Is this a regression or
intentioanl?
