Based on the script from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=900708 with a few
modification to make it work with wildfly, the wildfly can now be started from a service.
Add binaries from Apache(Procrun) to install and remove services and controll. The binary
files are renamed to match the wildfly name and icons replaced with a wildfly icon.
Procrun support both 32bit and 64bit and is part of the build.
Licenses is not included because they should already be covered in the wildfly
distribution according to @ctomc.
if not I will just add them.

It would be nice to provide pre-configured scripts for running JBoss as a service on
Windows. Tomaž Cerar hinted that the prunsrv.exe in use for EAP should also be used for
the community version
