In upstream we have fixed the your problem Stian, so your tests now pass.
But underlying problem still exits
experimental fix can be found here

When looking at JNDI bindings in Profile -> Container -> Naming instances of the
bound object are created. The Console should not perform actual lookups, but just stick to
the bindings.
