The obvious thing to do is remove "-server" from run.conf, but do we want
something in addition to this?
Like check if -server is not already defined, and try to specify it if it is supported?

The run.bat/run.sh are out of synch with respect to settings such as hotspot -server
flag, and run.conf is unconditionally adding -server when this is set contitionally in
run.sh. We need to clean this up.
