Thank you for considering this request! I second the original poster of this request: An
impersonation feature is vital for the maintenance of applications whose users are remote
and unsophisticated. A support person should be able to impersonate the user without
forcing the user to reveal their password.

It would be nice to have Administrator impersonating Users. For e.g. an Administrator
could view a Dashboard page of another user to see how it behaves without logging in to
the system as that user.
