The following jars should be on the client classpath for HA-JNDI to work:
jboss-ha-client.jar
jboss-ha-legacy-client.jar
Both can be found in $JBOSS_HOME/client
Putting jboss-all.jar on the classpath serves the same purpose.
The HA-JNDI chapter in the Clustering Guide should state this.
