The EJB 3.1 Spec mandates the use of an Embedded API for EJBContainer. In the case of
AS, we can piggyback atop resources (ie. MC Kernel) already in place. Bring the JBoss
EJBContainer API into AS alongside an integration bit which delegates over to the existing
runtime.
