The GossipRouter in 2.7 has a -jmx option that doesn't work when run standalone
without this feature.
Util.getMBeanServer should return the platform MBean server is no

Util.getMBeanServer tries to find the JBoss MBean server, and if it isn't found, it
returns the first one found. This can lead to situations where Util.getMBeanServer
returns null if the platform MBean server hasn't been created/registered.
