There are a number of different components on the server that use thread pools.
1) Invocation Layers
2) Client Consumer for delivering messages
3) Scheduled delivery/message expiration
These need to be combined to share threads and minimize context switching where
possible.
The thread pool should be based on the BasicThreadPool from jboss-common
