Ok, cracked open the source of the ejb-client and it's not a simple as suggested, I
can't even find the InvokerLocator, so clearly there are some remoting V2 vs V3
differences, but should still hopefully be much easier to add a different transport to an
existing jboss-remoting based setup than the old jnp based ways of calling EJBs remotely
Reintroduce the feature to allow EJB invocations over HTTP
