The ARQ managed container starts the server associated with the BEFORE_SUITE event - so
once for all tests that run. I'll apply the patch as you suggest.

JAXR tests fail because table ADDRESS cannot be found (any more). In the log I found a
reference to ADDRESS_AUD. With the BasicEnversTestCase ignored the JAXR tests pass.
