I've increased the message receive timeout by %50 in testMDBTimer() and
testOnCreateMDBTimer(), so trasient failures should be very rare now.
Nevertheless testOnCreateMDBTimer() reads back 10 message in a loop using this timeout, so
if the test takes too long, we may have to reduce the timeout again.
On Windows: timer.test.BasicTimerUnitTestCase fails
