Darran Lofthouse resolved WFCORE-2059.

Resolution: Deferred
Marking as differed, either management role mapping or Elytron role mapping can now be
used.
Rather than deprecating this option another option is to support permission checks being
handled within Elytron instead,

mapping should be handled.
