Moving to 6.0.0.Final. In M4, HAPartition is actually based off the
org.jgroups.blocks.mux.Muxer interface, but the integration is not in its final form.
Base the HAPartition implementation off of the JGroups

MuxRpcDispatcher allows multiple components of a single service that each use a JGroups
channel to multiplex RPCs over that channel. Use this for HAPartition, which needs JBC
(later Infinispan) for its DistributedState component but also needs to invoke RPCs
itself.
