I've attached a new README (README NEW.txt) it provides a single page getting start
guide - basically how to run the server, minimal startup troublshooting.

When you first install AS 7 - it is not obvious where you start - there's README.txt
which tells you where the console is but doesn't tell you how to start the server.
I've looked at some other poducts and the nicest page is Tomcat (file attached).
